A situation I came across that I just have to find help for. So, I am begging everyone again to toss some money in an envelope to help. There is a kitty in terrible shape with a horrendous case of stomatitis. It is where the body sees the teeth as a foreign object and tries to kill it. It is horribly painful. If they are unable to raise the money to have his mouth fixed they will euthanize. Something I hate, but knowing this disease, I have to agree. His is a very bad case of it. He is on many meds now to get his mouth a tiny bit better to withstand the surgery and he is also on pain meds and steroids for some relief. You can see him at Randall's Rescue, his name is Atlas. I know all about this disease and wish I didn't. It is awful. If everyone here just put $1 in an envelope, we'd be $818 closer to surgery which is $3,000. UPDATE: Atlas IS doing better! He is eating and his pain meds are helping!!! February 11th is the magic day for surgery if the funds can be raised!
