Hi everyone the caretaker for one of the skidrow colonies we TNRd and rescued several kittens and friendlies from messaged me she needs some help with food. You guys were so great and stepped up when I shared her needs a few months back. She lives on a fixed income in one of the affordable housing projects in Skidrow and has been an amazing caretaker of the community cats there and has rescued several and brought them inside (about 10-12 still live outside). I made an Amazon wishlist for her with the food she uses that way everything can be sent to her directly. If you'd like to order I'm sure she would be grateful. Again this is now a closed colony, this is where the last litter of Thomassina's kittens came from and we rescued them and fixed mommy and daddy cat. Thank you for caring about the skid row kitties 🙏

12-5-22 Cat food for Schnecksville colony
Our Schnecksville colony needs food again. As you know, we are the only ones who help her feed the 50+ cats she has on her property. She is out of food again and we need to get more sent asap. We have very little money in our account with all the food being sent lately. Please help if you can.

12-7-22 Liberty - kitty blocked AGAIN
So far, Liberty is still not eating and she’s vomiting. She’s cost her owner over 2,000 dollars and she’s right back at the vet. They think she’s blocked again. I offered to take over payment for now, but I’m already at 389 dollars in charges between her labs and fluids and hospitalization. If she’s blocked again, she could cost another 2,000. I’m not talking about urinary blockage. I’m talking about eating something she shouldn’t and having a blockage in the intestines. This is so frustrating. We will need help with this if we continue to take on her case. We can’t just give up now. Please, if you have it in your heart to help this sweet little girl, here are the following ways to do so.

Meet Ember. She is a sweet 5 week old kitten who's mom hid her under a furnace and accidentally caused 1st and 2nd degree burns on her ears, tail and legs and body. She will need a long recovery and is under veterinarian care. She already had part of her tail amputated and had an antibiotic bath along with antibiotics but it's going to be a long expensive road. 12-19-22 Simba - blocked cat
Hello I was sent your page to see if I could get emergency help for my cat he has blockage and needs to have stuff done tomorrow that cost $1452 trying to get help from wherever I can. If there is a application I could fill out could you please send it to me. I’m desperate he is only 2 years old his name is Simba. We had him to the vet called caring hands last month he had infection they gave him inflammation medicine or antibiotics and now he has blockage and we don’t have the money I’m trying to get help he has to go again tomorrow

12-24-22 Bear - urinary blockage
WE NEED A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE 🚨🚨🚨 Trevor family, we received an urgent message last night from a young woman who was in desperate need of help for her cat Bear who was diagnosed with a urinary blockage ☹️ Maria took him to a vet yesterday morning as he was straining at the litter box and also vomiting …they diagnosed him with a blockage and referred her to an emergency hospital at the rate of $3000 to get started 😳 Maria is going thru some difficult times herself as she is currently going thru cancer and all of her small resources have been drained by her treatments and taking care of her 11 year son so this has been a big stresser for her …So knowing that a urinary blockage is a death sentence if not handled within 24h ,we immediately called @primarycareanimalhospital to see if they could squeeze him in first thing this morning and Dr Jacobo said “absolutely” so he was admitted at 8am and now we need your help !
Typically , urinary blockages take a couple of days to clear with proper care. We need to raise about $1800 to cover his bill and we are hoping for a Christmas miracle ❤️

12-26-22 Ghost - cat needs amputation
URGENT!!! NEEDS AMPUTATION ASAP BUT WE NEED TO RAISE $1000 TODAY!
UPDATE: she is at vet. Amputation being done this afternoon at Salisbury.
This cat has been coming around to a lady in Salisbury who's been feeding it and had showed up yesterday morning with an injured leg which we hope is not broken. We need to raise funds for her vey bill, care and possible amputation if it is broken. We will know more tomorrow. PLEASE HELP!

12-26-22 Disabled Cats need help ( TDC is sending food )
Pictured are my beloved cats: Granite, Taylor, Poof-Poof & Coconut. They are all disabled and I just went through a domestic violence situation where I was beaten and bed ridden and I lost my job and I don’t know what to do. My babies need help. They are my priority. Please read all of this…
Granite has bladder and UTI problems and without proper food and medication he gets crystals in his bladder which is life threatening. Poof-Poof was born with manx syndrome and has sever spinal cord issues (she hops around like a bunny) she has to be in diapers and requires joint and pain medication and she’s due for a trip to the vet to get X-rays. Taylor has sever anxiety (I rescued her from an abusive home) and she requires anxiety medication. My kitten coconut who is about 9 months old now is autistic and requires a lot of care and medication and comfort vests and chew toys, (I’ve had to baby proof the house). He is also very prone to rsv. He also needs to get neutered. All the other cats have been neutered and spayed except him. They all have to stay indoors because of their disabilities. They are all due for a check up and boosters on their vaccines. I don’t like asking for help but I’ll do anything to make sure my babies are okay. I just need to at-least make sure my cats are okay. They are out of medicine and food and need to see the vet. I’m finally getting back on my feet and recovering and I’m therapy, we just have to get through the next few months until I am stable again. If anyone could please please help me

12-27-22 Teddy Bear - cat was shot
EXTREMELY SHOCKING 💔😿🤬 AND DISTURBING UPDATE FOR TEDDY BEAR 🧸 🐻. Today we took 😢 TEDDY BEAR back to the hospital for more diagnostics, because over the weekend he was not eating 😢 and also his upper respiratory still giving him major problems 😢
We was not prepared in what we found 💔💔. TEDDY BEAR was shot twice with a pellet gun. He has 2 bullets. One lodged in his head and one in his chest 🤬💔😢🤬. Clearly someone wanted to kill him. I really don't know how this poor boy is alive and survived the 2 shots. We did a full blood panel test and surprisingly it looks pretty good for his condition. He managed to clean him up a little bit TLC for the poor guy and flush out a ton of mucus. He rewards us by eating 2 cans of food when he got back home. Next step is a MRI and a few more diagnostics, but we need your help financially for his medical 🙏 bills because it seems it's turning to another costly rescue.😢😢. We will do everything in this world 🌎 to make sure TEDDY BEAR 🧸 recovers and lives ❤️ 💙 a long life with no pain...sufferin, and fear that some called human 🤬🤬 inflicted on him. 12-29-22 Cat food needed
Cincinnati, OH ‼️HELP NEEDED TOMORROW (THURSDAY 11/29 FOR FOOD‼️
We know this is last minute but we just got a text that a family who we’ve been helping for awhile needs food and only has enough for tomorrow. Tasha was one of the people who helped feed the cats at the housing project that’s closing and was forced to move. Her new place has a lot of strays she started taking care in addition to her rescues that are indoors. We had $2k in expenses in the last 10 days and have 6 cats being seen tomorrow at Ft. Thomas Animal Hospital. Things are tight and we could really use the help being as our route has grown and we have multiple families depending on us for food. We need food dropped off tomorrow but if anyone would like to send food that would also help as she does not have transportation and we have to deliver.

12-30-22 Zera - Very sick stray
When this stray cat showed up at someone’s house they thought she had a leg injury - turns out it was pus pouring from her mouth onto her leg. Once inside, they realized how badly she smelled of infection. Her mouth is so bad she is unable to eat, and she’s at risk of infection entering her blood stream. We sent her to PAC where they had to sedate her to examine her mouth where they discovered a large mass under her tongue. She needs pain meds, antibiotics, dental extractions, the mass removed, a biopsy and histopathology performed. Without this, she does not have a chance of surviving. She is the reason we rescue. A nameless, stray cat wandering the streets unable to eat, in pain, and at risk of death entirely dependent on the kindness of humans to help her. Can we count on you to be her hero?

12-31-22 Whittles - kitty has bad URI
good afternoon . I'm not even sure I can get help. I can't provide vet information as she is out of office till Monday and I don't know any emergency vets. one I found won't even make the appointment without 138$ upfront. I'm not sure if it's a blockage or bad UTI but been going on since Friday morning. I just lost my dog of 11 yrs n I'm just bout homeless. I'm waiting on disability and I'm losing everything along the way I havnt even been able to make my chemotherapy due to funds being used to cremation for my dog. I don't want to lose my cat too expecally if it's just matter of antibiotics. I really hope y'all can point me in a direction your my last hope
